This electronica work begins with eight bars of swirling ambience. On the fifth bar, the full ensemble begins to play. A lone French horn proclaims the melody and is accompanied by electronic bass, electronic drums, tambourine, and shakers. The melody in the first section of this piece consists of two sets of a four bar melodic phrase. The second section uses the exact same instrumentation and also consists of two sets of a four bar melodic phrase. The two sections are then repeated. The entire first cycle consisting of the intro and the two sections played twice is repeated and then the piece fades...
This fashion-themed number defines the simplistic approach to style. With just a little musical texture, a very thick soundscape can be created. Such is the basic essence of this electronica composition. It needs very little to make its point and provides a great musical backdrop for similar types of fashion and design presentations that require very little, yet create a whole lot.
